Simply go to the nearest Aramex Dropbox, usually found at a PicknPay or Checkers Hyper and purchase your Aramex bag. All you have to do then is put in the entire contents of your purchase according to the terms and conditions of sale, seal the bag and take a picture of the DBP waybill number and Whatsapp it to the Support line 0727483046 along with your order number and drop-off area code (store name/area you are in) before you drop it in the bin. Please fill in the form below and send us the DBP number immediately via whatsapp so that we can assign the package digitally using the DBP number you provided . Drop your parcel in the red Aramex Drop Box in-store before 3pm Monday to Friday and your parcel will be delivered to the nearest CINEMBOX Technician within 72 hours, depending on the destination*. Important: Our Device Service Fee is free but you are responsible for the courier costs to and from our technicians. We will contact you once your device is ready to be shipped back to you. Please ensure to deposit R99 to CINEMABOX, Standard Bank, Cheque Acc no:10153511107 – Use Order Number as reference, we will ship to the address on record.

If the issue requiring the device to be repaired or reinstalled was caused by the user then the user is required to pay for the return by paying for the Aramex Dropbox Bag.
